What You’ll Bring:

• 3-5+ years of experience in a comparable support role, with a strong focus on Level 1 support
• Proven experience supporting both remote and on-site users in a complex environment
• Hands-on experience with IAM platforms, ideally Okta, including administration and user management
• Solid knowledge of ServiceNow or similar IT service management tools
• Certifications such as ITIL, PMP, CISSP, or relevant cloud certifications are a plus
• Fluency in English; additional proficiency in French or Flemish is highly advantageous
• Excellent organizational skills, proactive attitude, and the ability to handle urgent issues with confidence
• Well-organized, reliable, and eager to contribute in a collaborative setting

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience working within pharma or biotech industries
• Exposure to identity and access management solutions beyond Okta
• Knowledge of cloud services and security frameworks

• Availability to work full-time on-site in Ghent
